Shared flats coordinate rent, chores, bills and the bathroom across a group chat, a spreadsheet and somebody’s memory — and landlords have no view of any of it.
What we built
One app for the household: time slots for the bathroom, kitchen and washing machine, expenses split with photo receipts, a rotating chore plan, utility tracking against benchmarks and an anonymous emergency button. Free for tenants forever; landlords subscribe per property. Built and shipped solo across iOS, Android and the web.
